The Whisky Club neighbours the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, perfectly placed, just the right setting for an evening of tasting luxury tipples, a treat for any lover of the spirit whatever your preferences. This place oozes class and sophisticated like no other, a grown-up air awaits as soon as you enter.

Owner Amy Seton has long dreamt of this venture and during that time has honed a fitting environment to match the activity.  She founded The Birmingham Whisky Club in 2011, starting out as a whisky based events company which has developed over the years. Amy chose Birmingham as she fell in love with the city and found it very progressive for new entrepreneurs. She believes Birmingham is now on the whisky map with knowledge and understanding in the city at an all-time high.

Amy explains that you can find a selection of whiskies, cocktails and tasting flight boards with new specials every month. The bar boasts a selection of over 200 whiskies (and growing) from all over the world. They aim to showcase traditional whisky producing countries such Scotland, Ireland and America as well as exploring the fantastic ranges available from lesser known whisky making countries such Taiwan, Australia, Japan, India, Sweden and England.

When creating the My Bull UK Trio The Whisky Club aimed to curate a tasting flight that would encourage people to explore the nuances and  differences in flavour profiles between countries within the UK while highlighting the level of quality coming from whisky makers local to Birmingham, specifically Cotswolds Whisky.  They promise that guests will delight in the changing flavours available. An education and pleasure mixed into one, a bargain at £10.

Amy says she likes to refer to The Whisky Club as a home from home; a place to relax, spend time and drink incredible whiskies and spirits.

Don’t delay your visit, this place is an amazing addition to the Birmingham booze scene.
