The What’s On ‘Best Street Food Vendor 2018’ finalists will begin their month-long residency at the thrice weekly event, this Thursday (01/03), which will see them take a spot at every one of its openings in March. An amazing eighteen dates in total.
The Thai food experts will be serving their fragrant curries, noodles and more to adoring food fans at the recently expanded Digbeth Dining Club, which has seen one of the city’s most popular past-times add an extra day, host pub style quizzes, open Café Colette (dishing out some tasty cocktails) and introduce a games room.

To ring in the residency they have developed a new dish. For those who will be eagerly flocking to Digbeth after work on Thursday, a deep fried chicken satay on a home-made roti awaits you. Buddha Belly, the brainchild of Masterchef contestant Sai Deethwa, will be taking over from frequent faces Baked in Brick, who have had a successful run in February.
Their tasty dishes always go down well with crowds, we’re sure this will be no different!
