The department store will team up with the Butchers Social Chef Director Mike Bullard for a one-night kitchen take-over. Thursday 3rd May will see the luxury restaurant transform into a supper club with a beautifully modern set menu.
A selection of free-range chicken wings will be offered to start. This, followed by Onglet steak, coffee and onion glazed short rib of beef, wild garlic, pickled radish, confit hash brown and roast onion jus. To finish will be a Screwball bubblegum panna cotta with textures of raspberry and candy floss. Tables will feature micro-herbs along them so guests are able to help themselves throughout the event.
There will be two sittings on the evening, one at 6pm and another later on at 8.30pm. However tickets are set to fly given they are set at just £50 per person for this delicious three-course meal and a gin cocktail to greet. If this takes your fancy, we suggest you book in quick!
