This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

You can enter the competition once with your Instagram account.

At the end of the competition, all valid entries will be put into a random draw with the winner contacted via direct message.

Entries from Instagram must follow @rw_birmingham and tag at least one account to enter. The prize is a £100 Resorts World Gift card.

The competition ends at 12 pm on 27th October 2022, with the winner drawn shortly after and notified via DM. This is a competition run for Birmingham Updates and not Resorts World.

Prize Terms & Conditions:

1. The prize provider is Genting Solihull Limited (t/a “Resorts World Birmingham”)
2. One winning entrant will receive: a £100 gift card for Resorts World.
3. Resorts World Birmingham gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please read the full terms and conditions which can be found here Terms & Conditions – Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and Gift Certificates – Flex-e-card – perfect gifts.
4. The Resorts World Birmingham gift card must be used in person.
5. The Resorts World Birmingham gift card cannot be used at Resorts World Casino, or the Vox Conference Centre (valid for food and beverage purchases within the Vox only).
6. The Resorts World Birmingham gift card cannot be used to book or reserve online or on the phone for The Genting Hotel, Santai Spa, Escape Hunt, Hollywood Bowl or Cineworld. You can however, use them to book or reserve the above experiences in person, or to pay the balance of your stay with Genting Hotel.
7. All food, drink and leisure experiences are subject to availability at the time of booking.
8. Prizes may not be redeemed or substituted for cash or equivalent
9. Proof of age may be requested prior to entry, collection or redemption of any prizes won.
10. The gift card can be collected in person from the guest services desk in the atrium of Resorts World Birmingham. In order to collect the prize, the winner must contact marketing@resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk within 60 days of the competition ending and the prize must be collected in person within 3 months of the competition ending. The winner must be physically present when collecting or redeeming their gift card and ID will be required when collecting the gift card
11. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included in the prize
12. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable
13. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Privacy

By entering the competition you confirm that Birmingham Updates may share your data with Resorts World Birmingham, the prize provider, if you win. By entering, you also confirm that Resorts World Birmingham may contact you as necessary if you win and may process your data for the purpose of administering the prize. Your data will be processed in accordance with Resorts World Birmingham’s Privacy Policy that is available at https://pvy.gentingcasino.com/.
