Emergency services were called to Victoria Road in Sutton Coldfield, at around 1:10PM this afternoon (27/04), following reports a woman had been hit by a bus.
A spokesperson from West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: “The woman is believed to be aged in her 80s.
“She suffered cuts to the head but remained fully conscious.
“She was taken to Heartlands Hospital by ambulance.”
The road will remain cordoned off until further notice whilst officers conduct a scene investigation and recover the bus.
