A new bar and restaurant ‘Bonehead’ is opening in the heart of the city centre, just a bone’s throw from New Street Station.

Here’s what you need to know: It’s located on John Bright Street and it’s all about the ‘Killer Fried Chicken’, craft beer and hard liquor.
The menu has been created by fried-chicken master and foodist, Lap-Fai Lee and it’s clucking good. Expect wicked wings, buttermilk fried chicken pieces, bangin’ burgers including their show-stopping ‘Hothead Burger’ and savage sides such as loaded waffle fries.

As if the chicken wasn’t enough, BoneHead has it’s very own bar which is home to a wide selection of craft beers including fan favourite, Beavertown! They’ll also be serving local guest brewers, as well as hard-hitting cocktails and unique spirits.

BoneHead has been hatched from a love of three things: fried chicken, beer and music! It’s the perfect stop off, whether you’re after somewhere for a quick bite or just looking for a chilled bar to hang out in.
The vibe is laid back and has an industrial style throughout. The bar area has high stools and benches plus there’s a seated area upstairs with 32 covers and operates on a first come, first served basis.
Exciting news? BoneHead will be opening next month, on the 7th of March. It will be open 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday.
