West Midlands Police has launched an appeal after a robbery took place in the car park of Moseley Hall Hospital last week.
Three people were approached and threatened by four men with weapons who demanded the keys to a black VW Golf on Monday 8 July at around 8pm.
A woman handed over her keys and the men left the scene in the car.
Nobody was injured but the victims were left shaken by the incident.
