The Bottomless Cinema is back with more smashed shenanigans. They’re showing the seminal romantic comedy, Love Actually, and, as always, will have bottomless drinks on tap.
The Bottomless Cinema understands that one of the most enjoyable things to do is watch a favourite movie with your friends while drinking and eating together. For the ticket price you’ll get bottomless drinks throughout the whole film, bottomless popcorn, and ice cream and candy floss.
This event is on Sunday 15th December at 7.30pm and celebrates the best Christmas film – Love Actually! Against the backdrop of aged has-been rock star Billy Mack’s Christmas themed comeback cover of ‘Love Is All Around’ (which he knows is rubbish), we follow multiple characters whose stories twist and turn around one another. Showing the highs and lows of romantic love and how interwoven all our lives are.
Daniel’s wife has just passed away and he and his son learn how to cope without her; Juliet and Peter have just got married and Peter’s best friend is not best pleased; Jamie has taken himself away to write but keeps getting distracted by a budding romance; and Karen is just trying to keep herself together in the face of her husband’s lack of interest.
Starring Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Martin Freeman, Kiera Knightly, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and many, many more this is a film to snuggle up to, laugh out loud to, and cry big fat tears to.
