After much anticipation, F1 2020 is finally here!

This year, players can also get their hands on the Deluxe Schumacher Edition which celebrates the career of F1 icon Michael Schumacher and allows players to race in four of his most known vehicles. Players will also receive several in-game exclusives celebrating Formula 1’s 70th anniversary.
Players will benefit from a new ‘My Team’ mode which allows them to create their own F1 team from scratch, with a whole new manager and driver experience. It will be up to the player to make or break the future of their team. The game will also now feature driver ratings for the first time ever, where the drivers are rated on their experience, pace, awareness and racecraft.
In this release, the game has seasons and podium passes, which will give out rewards based upon the amount of XP players earn and by completing challenges. Players can also buy a VIP podium pass, that allows them to receive greater rewards. Those that have pre-ordered the game will receive a free VIP podium pass for season one, and they can be purchased with in-game currency each season.
The game also features a split-screen mode, which allows for multiplayer capability, which was unavailable in the previous version but brought back due to high demand, much to the delight of both new and old fans of the series.
Whether playing alone or with a friend, F1 2020 will feature 22 season tracks, as well as variants of the UK, Bahrain, Japan and U.S. races. Between deciding to go for career mode or just a quick spin, there’s plenty of options within the game to make it that little bit more exciting every time.
F1 2020 releases on the 10th of July and is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, Microsoft Windows
