The restaurant, the second Cosy Club to open in Birmingham, will open on Tuesday 11th August, creating 40 jobs for local people.

Cosy Club, a dazzling bar and restaurant brand owned by Loungers, serves up relaxed dining, drinking and lounging in a fabulous, welcoming and eccentric setting with a dash of nostalgia.

Located in the heart of the Canalside development, Cosy Club Brindleyplace will offer comfort food classics throughout the day, extensive brunch, gluten free and vegan menus and a delicious selection of tapas. As well as the wonderful food, Cosy Club isn’t short of some truly scrumptious cocktails and tipples for all tastes.

Amber Wood, Managing Director for The Cosy Club brand, says: “At Cosy Club, we give everyone a rather fabulous experience. There’s a real sense of theatre with a heavy dash of nostalgia – it’s like being at a terribly good house party, in a mansion, owned by a somewhat eccentric relative.

The opulence of our surroundings and jolly atmosphere are topped off with our excellent food and drinks. The charming personalities of our teams and top-notch service are what makes the experience tremendously special.”

Stacey Muir, Marketing and Events Executive at Brindleyplace “We are delighted to welcome Cosy Club to Brindleyplace and further expand our great range of bars and restaurants. This is great recognition that we remain Birmingham’s favourite place to meet friends, socialise and enjoy. There is always something new to discover at Brindleyplace and we look forward to experiencing Cosy Club’s exciting and unique new venue.”

Guests will be able to enjoy various occasions which run throughout the week.  These include the Breakfast Club: Monday-Friday, 9am until 11.30am – order any brunch item and any size hot drink for £8.50, Teatime Tipple: Enjoy any two cocktails for just £9.95 between 4pm-8pm Sunday-Thursday, Marvellous Mondays: enjoy a free drink with any main meal from 5pm and Tremendous Tuesdays: choose any three tapas dishes and a glass of wine (after 5pm) for £13.95.

Guests can also enjoy a free pot of tea every Wednesday between 10-11am in Cosy Club’s Free Teas for those in need, that bids to help fight loneliness.

Once open, Cosy Club Brindleyplace will be donating funds from the sale of each coffee and burger sold to charity organisation, Independent Age. The charity provides free information and advice for older people and their families on care and support, money and health and mobility, along with friendship services to relieve loneliness.
