PC Dominik Krusinowski, from British Transport Police (BTP), is appealing for your help to trace this man, who can help with enquiries following a report of voyeurism.
A woman, aged 21, was going up an escalator at New Street Station, at around 1:45PM on Tuesday 12th July, with her friends when they became aware of a man standing closely behind her.
The flashlight on his phone was switched on and he was seen to be filming up the woman’s skirt.
PC Krusinowski said: “Following the report, we have examined CCTV from New Street and have uncovered an image of a man who we believe may have more information about what happened and can help us with our investigation.
“We have been conducting anniversary patrols at the station in the hope of seeing him again so we can speak to him, but he has not yet been spotted.
“We take all reports of unwanted sexual behaviour extremely seriously and we are committed to investigating these matters thoroughly.
“I would urge the man to come forward so we can establish the full circumstances behind this concerning incident.”
