Calling all chocoholics – The Chocolate 5k Obstacle Rush is coming to Birmingham!

Has there ever been a better reason to go for a run?

The Chocolate 5k Obstacle Rush is the ultimate chase for chocolate, taking you on a scenic five-kilometre route with eight fun and exciting obstacles to tackle along the way!

The event is coming to Cofton Park on Saturday 28th September 2019, with proceeds going to Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice.

The run will begin in waves from 10.30am, and your reward for finishing will include a chocolate goody bag, a prestigious medal and a deliciously gooey chocolate pot.

There will also be music, street food and a charity raffle to add to the incredible atmosphere of the day, so don’t forget to bring your enthusiastic supporters with you!

Whether you’re already an active runner, looking for somewhere to start your running journey, or you’ll just do anything for a bit of chocolate – this run is for you! And any obstacles can be bypassed if needed.

If you want to sign up to take part, make the most of the Super Early Bird offer before the price increases on Monday 3rd June. It costs £20 for individual entries, and if there are teams of five people or more it’s £18 per person.

Aside from the fun of participating, you can also help to raise some much-welcomed funds for the hospice by gathering sponsorship.
