Roast turkey with all the festive trimmings – sprouts, glazed carrots, parsnips and more

Spiced chickpea, puy lentil parcel with spinach, red onions & braised chicory compote.
For Dessert:
Bitter sweet chocolate tart, white chocolate & clementine Chantilly.
