Officers from across West Midlands Police have followed a number leads to trace Blake, but he has not yet been arrested.
Four other men were arrested yesterday (01/12) in connection with Jack’s death.
A 20 and 23-year-old were arrested on suspicion of murder and violent disorder, a 21- year-old on suspicion of murder, robbery and violent disorder and a 39-year-old on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Police were called to Poplar Road, Solihull, at 3am yesterday morning.

Detectives immediately launched a murder investigation and extensive enquires led to these arrests and the subsequent manhunt for Blake.
Detective Inspector Jim Mahon, leading the investigation, said: “We’ve been working hard to establish what happened to Jack during the early hours of yesterday morning following up a number of lines of enquiry.
“These arrests are a significant development in our investigation, but I’m now asking for the public’s help in tracing Blake, who we believe was involved in Jack’s murder.
“If anyone knows where he is or thinks they may have seen him, I’d urge them to ring 999 immediately.
“Anyone who may be shielding him through a sense of misguided loyalty, should be aware that they are committing an offence and will be prosecuted.
“It’s vitally important that we speak to Blake. My message to him, is to do the right thing and let us know where you are.”
Anyone who sees Blake is asked not to approach him but to ring 999 immediately. Information can also be given online to Live Chat on the West Midlands Police website or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
