Four women have today (22/09) been charged with conspiracy to defraud after an investigation found that false refunds were being issued at John Lewis in Solihull.
Donna McNamee, 52, of Farnol Road in Yardley, Sandra Ellis, 53, from Yoxhall Road in Shirley, Laura Ellis, 26, from Greenslade Road in Shirley and Cerris Sanders, 57, of Wentworth Road in Walsall were voluntarily interviewed by investigating officers.
All four are due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Thursday 12th October.
