West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to reports of a cardiac arrest near Birmingham Master Locksmiths on Pershore Street in Birmingham shortly after 3.30pm on Sunday (27/01).
Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the West Midlands CARE Team responded to the scene. On arrival, ambulance crews found a man in cardiac arrest. Sadly, nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed dead at the scene.
West Midlands Police has confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Helping the Homeless has since named the man as Kane Walker, aged 31. A person they had regularly helped as part of their initiative.
