There are plenty of activities to keep you and the kids captivated this Easter half-term across Birmingham and far beyond. All districts are offering special days out for a range of interests. Egg-citing Easter Activities, Black Country Living Museum, 24th March – 15th April

You’ll find a host of Easter activities at one of the region’s most popular historical sites. Complete with a bunny trail, children can learn about and take part in typical Easter traditions, including, egg-rolling competitions and egg-dying. Egg & spoon racing is also on the agenda, along with other old-school outdoor games.

Selly Manor Easter Egg Hunt, Selly Manor, 28th March – 6 April

Selly Manor based in leafy Bournville is easy to get to by bus, and what a fun-packed day this will be! Easter isn’t Easter without an egg hunt so the little one’s will be excited to see where this trail takes them. Outdoor games and creative crafts are on offer at this picturesque location.

Another outdoorsy trail, perfect for kids and parents who are in need of a little breath of fresh air this Easter. Immerse yourself in wildlife and natural surroundings at this beautiful reserve and banish technology for the day!

Little Skippers Easter Fun – Dudley Canal Trust – 4th, 5th, 10th,  11th & 12th April

A sail across Dudley’s water ways keeps things interesting in a twist to traditional Easter goings-on. A 45 minute mini-cruise is followed by a spot of gardening, crafts and a wildlife hunt! Grab the binoculars!

Kidtropolis , NEC, 6th – 8th April

The kiddie-winks won’t know where to turn at this jam-packed event. The biggest of its kind in the UK. Their favourite stars will be meeting and greeting adoring fans. Characters including, The Gruffalo, The Lorax, PAW Patrol, Legoland’s Bertie and Kira Kosarin will be around! Not only this but, inflatable obstacle courses, a carousel, roller skating, soft play, trampling and much more will keep them entertained for hours!

The Great Kings Heath Egg Hunt, Kings Heath, 8th April – 24th April

A great way for kids and adults to get to know this constantly developing suburban site. Pick up a trail map from Togademus, I Had One Of Those or Kings Heath Library and follow its journey to popular places within the area, where hidden eggs are waiting to be found. All participants will receive a tasty treat and will be placed in a draw for an even bigger prize!

Easter Eggstravaganza, Custard Factory, 15th April

Children and adults, alike will find themselves content, with lots to do at this event! Based just a short bus journey from the city centre. The Custard Factory are putting on street-food, an artisan market and gin for the elders and arts & crafts, face-painting and an egg hunt for the young ones!
