An investigation is underway after a group of people, believed to be teenagers, were captured on video throwing fireworks into moving traffic on Alcester Road in Moseley.
The incident happened, at around 8:30PM on Tuesday night (31/10), at the Alcester Road, Chantry Road and Woodbridge Road crossroads.
West Midlands Police guidelines about the use of fireworks in a public place: “You must not throw or set off fireworks in any public place or set them off between 11PM and 7AM.
The only exceptions to this are on Bonfire Night, New Year’s Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year.”
