Hot on the heels of the recent Bearwood Street Festival, the Bearwood Shuffle returns this weekend and promises to be bigger and better than ever!
Held in Lightwoods Park and the beautifully restored Grade II listed Lightwoods House in Smethwick on Saturday 22nd June from 1.00pm – 6.00pm, the Shuffle will feature live music performances from some of the region’s best musical talent, including T8PES, The Good Water, Number 57, Bedrock Bullets and Bryony Williams on the beautiful bandstand in the park.
With street food from Pizza Heaven Shake Shack, craft beers from Dig Brew Co, vintage clothing from Off the Scale Vintage and a local crafters market, the free event offers an afternoon of music, food, crafts and fun for all the family! Additionally, music enthusiasts can participate in Bearwood musical heritage walking tours led by Jez Collins, available for the very first time as part of the event.
The eighth Bearwood Shuffle is organised by Bearwood Promoters – a voluntary group of local music enthusiasts funded entirely by audience donations – aiming to develop and nurture a culturally rich musical environment, support the local community and strengthen community spirit.
