30th June sees Brum’s Boozy BBQ Festival take over Level Digbeth for a whole day of meat feasting and drinking galore. There is no way better to spend a summer’s day, right?

The smoky smell of succulent meat cuts will fill the air as you and your pals make the most of what we can only hope is fabulous weather. From 1pm – 8pm the best street-food traders, specialising in BBQ cuisine will be dishing out their most mouth-watering of dishes.

No matter your preference, it is all on offer. American tastes in the form of ribs, wings, pulled pork and brisket will impress, along with Indian mixed grills, Jamaican jerk chicken and British hog roasts and hearty hot-dogs. Much more is available across stalls, but allow yourself a break between eats before you burst!

Plenty of booze is promised in addition to those tasty treats. Cocktails, spirits and craft beer are just some of the options behind the bar. We say the latter is a great pairing with the range of grilled food across the event. Music will entertain between booze and bites, as organisers Taste & Liquor ensure there is never a dull moment! And at £7 entry for an early bird ticket, there are no complaints from us!
