West Midlands Police have released a statement updating the public on the case in which a man was shot five times in Sheldon last month.

‘We’ve charged a man with conspiracy to murder after a man was shot inside a house in Sheldon.
The 28-year-old victim suffered multiple injuries when he was shot five times in the property in Downsfield Road at 10.30pm on Friday, 29 May. Thankfully he survived the attack and has since been discharged from hospital.
Connor Palmer (37) from Brighton Road, Burgh Heath, Surrey has been remanded in custody to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning (18 June).’
