Gurpal Singh, aged 34, of no fixed address, has been charged with attempted sexual assault after two women reported being touched inappropriately in Selly Oak last week.
He will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (05/11).
West Midlands Police advice is to continue to consider your personal safety and if possible do not walk alone during the evening.
