This Christmas, Midlands Arts Centre are spreading a little extra Christmas magic, giving you and your family the opportunity to meet two real-life reindeer for free. On Saturday 10 November, don’t miss out on the chance to experience a magical Christmas moment.

The reindeer will be accompanying the cast of Rudolf, a brand new Christmas show from the team that brought you Raymond Briggs’ Father Christmas and The Bear. Rudolf is written by acclaimed playwright, Mike Akers, one of the UK’s leading writers for young audiences.

Rudolf is the perfect Christmas show for families with young children. There’s someone new at the zoo! Rudolf has just crash-landed in a brand new place. There are lots of amazing different animals in this new land that she’s never seen before. However, our little Rudi just can’t shake the feeling that she should be somewhere else, on some kind of big snowy adventure. But can she remember the really important thing she has to do?

Join Rudolf on her big adventure as she learns that being different can make you extra special. A festive treat full of puppetry, laughter, songs and plenty of mischief, which promises to take little ones on a magical adventure unlike any other.

Meet the cast of Rudolf from 10am – 11am and have your photo taken with Rudolf’s real-life friends who’ll be in a special petting area on our terrace from 10am-2pm. Come along and stroke a reindeer! Meet, stroke and have your photo taken with Rudolf’s real-life friends in a safe environment, with handlers from The Reindeer Whisperer on hand to answer any reindeer-related questions!
