Resorts World’s extended month of feel good, to mark May’s Mental Health Awareness Week, continues throughout the May half term and is jam-packed with free feel-good family fun.

Story Telling – Tuesday 28th May 11am – 4pm

The entertainment destination will be welcoming local children’s author BB Taylor with her big Yeti friend! They’ll be reading children’s stories throughout the day. BB’s story is: ‘A wonderfully quirky story of friendship and family. A delight for any family’s little monster!’

Happiness Crafts – Wednesday 29th May 11am – 4pm

The beloved Bonkas team return with a special happiness crafts workshop. Children will be able to get crafty decorating jars and filling them with colourful happy thoughts, and they can even take their decorated jars of happiness home with them for happy keeping.

Animal Workshop – Thursday 30th May – 45-minute sessions at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm

Wild Science will be heading to Resorts World with their innovative animal workshop. Expect a diverse range of animals from the cute and fluffy to the exotic, for children to learn about and have fun with.

Journey to Infinity by Immersive Experiences – Friday 31st May – 11am – 5pm

Get ready for an out-of-this-world journey to infinity, complete with meteorites! This creative and educational experience provided by Immersive Experiences will take children on a journey through the solar system through 360˚ videos housed within an immersive dome – not to be missed.

Denby will also be running a feel-good plate designing competition throughout the May half term. Entrants can design a plate in the Atrium inspired by what makes them feel happy, and the winning design will be made and fired into a hand-painted plate by Denby for the winner to take home.

There will be limited availability at each activity and a parent or guardian must be present at all times.
