Low ‘n’ Slow has secured itself as one of the most popular street-food vendors in the city. Over the years Andy Stubbs has provided the food fans of Birmingham magnificent, indulgent BBQ cuisine at events such as Digbeth Dining Club, using only the very best quality ingredients.

The Texan style grub, often in the form of brisket, ribs and sausage, has received no end of praise. And now the team are hoping to secure a permanent residency by opening their own live fire restaurant in the city. The focus being on high welfare meat and the best British produce.

However, Andy seeks help in making the dream come true, developing a kick-starter page, in the hopes of achieving his goal of generating £50,000.

Cooking over fire requires heavy investment in extraction. Although he will match every pound donated and so will a private investor. A brave move, which we are sure will pay off!

The campaign has already got off to a great start with over £13,000 being pledged in its first few days! We wish Low and Slow the very best.
