Actor and Documentary maker Ross Kemp, who is currently filming a documentary about violent crime in the UK, was seen with officers from West Midlands Police in the Jewellery Quarter this afternoon (19/01).
Emergency services, Mr Kemp and film crew were dispatched to Caroline Street at around 3:30PM, to reports of someone being stabbed.
A spokesperson from West Midlands Police, said: “A 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital with injuries that were not thought to be life threatening.
The investigation is in its early stages and officers will be searching CCTV and speaking to witnesses.”
