Rockspring and Sterling Property Ventures, which are behind a £60m scheme to transform the former Natwest tower on Colmore Row, have unveiled plans for a spectacular skyline restaurant and bar.
The new complex, which will be named 103 Colmore, will feature a vast array of grade A office space and an impressive 3,500 sq ft dining space and bar on the 24th floor – giving panoramic views of our fine city and beyond.
The ground floor of the building will also feature a suave café for casual dining.
Eric Linden, European director at Rockspring, said: “103 Colmore Row will be Birmingham’s tallest office building. It has a prominent position affording fantastic views of the city and surrounding counties.
The inclusion of a skyline restaurant in the scheme is important to us. It means these vistas can be enjoyed not just by occupiers of the building, but by the general public too.”
Natwest Tower is currently being demolished and work to transformed the site into 103 Colmore Row will begin in the summer. 103 Colmore is expected to be finished by summer 2019.
