200ml whole milk

1tbsp icing sugar

40g After Eights (or other milk chocolate)

5 mint leaves torn up (not too small)

Add a dash of crème de menthe to make a boozy alternative.

Combine milk and icing sugar in a sauce pan and gently warm, whilst stirring.

Take mixture off the saucepan adding the chocolate and mint leaves.

Stir until the chocolate is melted and return to the heat, slowly warming and stirring the mixture.

Remove leaves before serving.

If you are adding crème de menthe pour a little in your mug before or after adding the mixture.

Stir well, drink up!
