Emergency services were called to Sutton Road, near St Edmund Campion School, in Erdington, at around 3:45PM on Thursday afternoon (22/03), to reports of a disorder.
On arrival, crews found three male patients, in their late teens, and were treated for injuries and were taken to hospital for further treatment.
A spokesperson from West Midlands Police, said: “Three schoolboys have been injured during disorder in Sutton Road, Erdington.
“The area has been searched and three arrests have been made so far in relation to the incident, but officers are keen to hear from any witnesses who saw what happened.
