The hotel’s basement will become home to trendy Chinese restaurant Tattu by the end of 2018. Offering highly refined, cleanly presented dishes in spectacular surroundings.

Tattu, which already has openings in Manchester and Leeds will be talk of the city, thanks, not only to their polished servings but the fabulous décor that themes itself around intricate body art.

Diners can expect only the best of the best when it comes to their magnificent menu. With Szechuan Lobster, Chef’s cut Wagyu Beef and Red Pepper Lamb Chops listed for mains, expect a top notch experience for special occasions.

The eatery will be found in the Barwick Street establishment’s boiler room, once transformation is complete and ready for customers to enjoy a unique experience, competing with some of Birmingham’s most high-end restaurants.
