Detective Constable Nigel Box, from Force CID, is appealing for information following a robbery in Four Oaks last week.
The suspects were caught on CCTV reversing up the drive of a house in Hillwood Common Road in a black 3 series BMW on Friday 16th February at around 4.30pm. Four masked offenders exited the vehicle and smashed the rear doors of the house with a sledgehammer to gain entry.
Two teenagers were in the house at the time and were made to lie on the floor whilst the offenders demanded money and jewellery – they left with a quantity of jewellery.
At 4.45pm a black BMW 3 series was seen driving at speed down Hillwood Common Road towards Lichfield Road.
Detective Constable Nigel Box, from Force CID, said: “This was in broad daylight at a busy time of day when many people would have been returning home from work or school. I would urge anyone who might have seen the BMW or has any information to get in touch.
“The boys in the address at the time are understandably upset and shaken but luckily they were not hurt. Help us find these individuals.”
