Police were called to the scene this afternoon (26/08), a man, aged 67, suffered a serious head injury on the number 17 bus. The man was taken to hospital for treatment.
The incident is being treated as an assault. The road has cordoned off at the junction of Church Road whilst enquiries continue.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
