Man charged with attacking a woman while armed with a knife in Sutton Coldfield.

A man has been charged with attacking a woman while armed with a knife in Sutton Coldfield.

Kyran Darnton, aged 24, from Sutton Coldfield, is accused of assault and possession of an offensive weapon on Birmingham Road after the woman suffered head injuries at around 6.15am on Thursday 17th July.

Kyran was arrested by officers and charged and appeared before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Friday (18/08). He was remanded to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday 8th September.
