An investigation is underway following reports of disorder outside a restaurant on Witton Lodge Road just after 9.15PM on Thursday night (02/11).
A spokesperson from West Midlands Police, said: “A group of youths armed with weapons launched a targeted attack on the shop, causing significant damage.
“It’s believed two people sustained minor injuries, and police are currently looking for all those involved.
“Witton Lodge Road remains closed between Kingfisher Road and the exit opposite Perry Common this morning to allow for further searches to take place. The road is likely to reopen later today.”
