Don’t Miss ‘Killer’ Cocktails at The Sky Bar in Resorts World.

-

Somebody told us that The Killers are coming to the Genting Arena on the 6th and the 7th of November. The tour will follow the release of the band’s upcoming fifth album, Wonderful Wonderful, which will be the band’s first album since 2012’s chart-topping Battle Born.

Resorts World is conveniently located just a few steps over the road from the Genting Arena and is the perfect place to enjoy a few cocktails before or after your show. Finish your evening in style up on the 5th floor and take in the unrivalled views of the lake at The Sky Bar with an array of spectacular cocktails. Located on the top floor of Resorts World with panoramic views across Birmingham, The Sky Bar is the perfect setting for some sophisticated drinks and Japanese cuisine.

Enjoy a refreshing selection of sushi, gyozas, hirata buns and signature sharing platters available from The Sky Bar’s new Kaiseki menu. All of their Asian inspired delicacies are passionately prepared by the extremely talented Chefs at the Robata grill, and can be enjoyed at the bar, out on the terrace or in one of our plush leather booths.

Expect tantalising tipples and tickling tingles when you one of The Sky Bar’s carefully crafted cocktails. We’ve carefully selected four ‘Killer’ cocktails which are simply not to be missed:

  1. Mr Brightside’ – (Water of Life)
Gin, Velvet Falernum, grapefruit juice and prosecco served on the rocks with a lime and star anise.
  2. Wonderful Wonderful’ – (Asian Rose)
Cognac, lime, rose syrup and lychee served long with orange rose and a mint sprig.
  3. When You Were Young’ – (Old Fashioned)
Tonka beans infused Bulliet Bourbon, maple syrup served on the rocks with a chocolate covered bacon garnish.
  4. Read My Mind’ – (Apple & Berry Martini)
Tequila, Crème de Cassis, apple juice, lemon juice, egg white with a dash of old fashioned bitters and a flamed sprig of rosemary.
