Take a day out of your busy life and join us at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, on Thursday 24 October 2019 – to enjoy taster sessions from the likes of innovative Knowle-based brain-body fitness gurus Physiyolates and the Elan Spa team from Mallory Court Hotel in Warwickshire.
There’s entertainment from Solihull Community choir Pop Chorus – showcasing the enjoyment and health benefits of singing, no matter what your level of experience or ability – and the brilliant young people of Aston Performing Arts Academy.
A whole host of celebrity speakers will be on hand to share their stories, including Jane Devonshire, winner of BBC MasterChef 2016 and breast cancer survivor, Holly Matthews, award-winning vlogger and founder of The Happy Me Project, Deborah Mitchell, founder of Heaven Skincare, Toral Shah, founder of Urban Kitchen and breast cancer survivor and Steve Bland, husband of You, Me & The Big C’s Rachael Bland – as well as Satnam Rana, the BBC presenter who vlogged her breast cancer treatment journey.
