Dirty Martini will replace the Viva Brazil restaurant on the corner of Waterloo Street and Bennetts Hill at 7 Bennetts Hill, which was once a banking hall.

The bar has already made its mark on the London scene and also has venues in Leeds, Manchester and Cardiff.
Dirty Martini is every cocktail lovers dream, so it’s about time this spirited and sophisticated cocktail venue came to Birmingham. The other venues have a famous happy hour, so we can’t wait to see if Birmingham will have this too.

You can expect an eclectic array of cocktails, as well as wines, spirits, beers and champagnes.
The cocktails range from the classic Old Fashioned to the updated Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Martini, and of course the infamous Dirty Martini.

Scott Matthews, chief executive officer at Dirty Martini, said: “We are excited about bringing our portfolio up to eleven sites with the Birmingham and Leeds locations. Both have a thriving nightlife and we look forward to being a part of it.
“Our expansion in Cardiff was a huge success, and as a result, we are progressing with our national roll out with confidence.”
