Crimestoppers are offering a reward of up to £5,000 for information following an attack on a man that left him with severe head injuries, and could lead to permanent brain damage.
The incident occurred on December 4 2018 after the victim was followed into a fast food restaurant in the Moseley Road area of Balsall Heath and verbally abused.
The abuse then continued out on the street, which resulted in the victim being assaulted and being pushed in front of an on-coming vehicle, leaving him unconscious with severe injuries.
As a result, he remains in hospital with potentially life changing injuries.
The charity Crimestoppers is now offering a reward of up to £5,000 for information the charity receives that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
Pauline Hadley, West Midlands Regional Manager, said: “This was an awful attack that took place and has left a man with injuries that could affect his quality of life for many, many years. That, is what makes this whole episode so sad.
