‘Gin In The City’ is the ultimate weekend for gins lovers. Introducing artisan gin brands in conjunction with 40 of the most exciting bars and restaurants in the city centre.  Allowing those with a taste for the spirit to discover a whole new world of gin in some of the most specialist locations around.

Across the 27th – 29th July those who purchase a £10 wristband will be able to sample a variety of exclusive gin and mixers or cocktails in all participating venues at the cost of just £5 per drink.  Sounds good, yes?

That won’t be all as to add a little wow factor there will be various activities and novelties across all days to get involved with. Gin masterclasses, slushies, afternoon tea and tapas (at an extra cost) will keep you entertained in between the gin crawl of the year!

Floral, citrusy, spicy, savoury or fruity, you’ll find a gin, or rather multiple, to suit your tastes. We’re told that there are less calories in a G&T than in a banana, so this weekend will feel (relatively) guilt free too!

Collect your wristbands and treasure maps at one of the many gin stations. These include: Hotel Du Vin, Malmasion or Loki Wine & Deli Edgbaston. Grab them before wondering around the historical sites of the city where your hosts lie! Locations in the Jewellery Quarter, Brindley Place and The Mailbox will feature, along with many a city centre venue. If you fancy exploring further afield head to the suburbs of Harborne and Edgbaston to acquire that gin fix too!
