West Midlands Police has confirmed that a woman sadly died after falling from the multi-storey car park, near Birmingham Wholesale Markets, on Wednesday night (29/11).
A spokesperson from the force, said: “Police were called to the multi-storey car park in Pershore Street, Birmingham city centre at just after 9.30pm last night (Wednesday 29 November) to reports of a woman threatening to jump.
Soon after officers arrived the woman fell and was pronounced dead at the scene.”
