One of Birmingham’s best-known leisure venues will welcome the pan-Asian and Western fusion restaurant this September; making it a full house for The Arcadian. The arrival of the restaurant means the complex is fully let for the first time in a number of years.
The restaurant has agreed to a 10-year lease with LCP – owners of the city centre venue. And in preparation for its opening, Rozu Restaurant is already undertaking extensive refurbishment works.
Rory May, of Rozu Restaurant, said the 80-cover restaurant will not only serve high-quality food, but it will also have an upmarket cocktail lounge and be decorated lavishly with a pink and green interior, plus flowered ceilings and flamingos.
“I’m excited to bring this concept to The Arcadian, bringing even more colour and vibrancy to this popular leisure venue,” he added.
Jo Kinsella, centre manager, said: “The Arcadian has long been a popular and vibrant city centre venue that has a huge range of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops and we are pleased to welcome yet another high-quality operator. Rozu completes what is a diverse offering here and we are confident that it complements perfectly the dining options already here.”
You’ll find the lavish new venture situated next to another of the centre’s favourites – Teppanyaki, once it opens its doors to the public.
